Although subpoenaed by a Republican controlled committee of the Alaska Legislature, Todd Palin is refusing to testify on the grounds that:

"the Legislative Council investigation is no longer a legitimate investigation because it has been subjected to complete partisanship and does not operate with the authority that it had at the time of its initial authorization"

I'll have to remember to use that next time I get a traffic ticket. Haven't people had enough of leaders that believe themselves to be above the law yet?
